Joseph Proulx has been with Chase Parkway since 2010. Not only is Joe a member of the Volvo Parts Team, he is also our EBay store manager, and part of our I.T. Team.
Joe was born and raised in Watertown, and recently purchased his first home in the area. He is a Red Sox and New England Patriot fan.
Mike has been with Chase Parkway since 1981, and the Volvo Parts Manager since 1986. He brings knowledge, experience and years of training to his position. Mike's dad Joe was the Subaru Service Manager from 1969 to 2000.
Mike lives in Watertown with his daughter Kaitlyn and is a die hard Yankees fan.
Stephanie Martinelli has been a part of the Chase Parkway family since 2007, first as a service cashier, then in her current position as Volvo Service Advisor. Steph's extensive training in customer service and gentle personality has won her accolades.
Stephanie lives in Naugatuck with her son Sean. She loves to bake, and frequently supplies the staff with goodies.
Mary Ellen was born and raised in Waterbury with her two siblings Eileen and
Kevin. She has been an active part of Chase Parkway since May 1974. She
received her B.S. in Elementary Education from Central Connecticut State
Mary Ellen has served as chairman of the Watertown- Oakville Chamber of Commerce, served two terms as President of Literacy Volunteers of Greater Waterbury, where she still serves on the Board of Directors, and was inducted into the Watertown Rotary Club in 2000. She served as President in 2004-2005 and is still on the Board of Directors in the capacity of Club Administration. She been chairman of the Rotary's Fall Festival booth for the past 4 years. Mary Ellen is a multiple Paul Harris Award winner, Rotary's highest honor and has received the President's Award for extraordinary service to the Watertown Rotary Club.
Mary Ellen just completed her Chairmanship of the Connecticut Automotive Retailers where she has served on the board for over 20 years. She is a bronze member of the Dealer Election Action Committee and also sits on the Finance Committee, the Legislative Committee, and serves on the liason committee to the Department of Motor Vehicles. She has also chaired the CARA Convention.
Mary Ellen also currently serves on the Subaru of New England Dealer Advisory Board, and is the only female ever to serve in this capacity.
In her spare time Mary Ellen likes to go to concerts, volunteer, go shopping and spend time with her niece, Olivia Claire.She is a die hard New York Yankees fan and spends as much time as she can in Yankee Stadium.
Mary Ellen lives in Waterbury with her daughter, Jami and their dogs nicknamed The Z Pack.
Duane brings his extensive Volvo training and love of the brand and outstanding customer service each day to the sales floor. Duane lives in Torrington with his wife Alberta. They are the parents of two grown children.
Frank Place is one of the newest members of the Chase Parkway service team. Frank worked as the Subaru Service Advisor from 2010 to 2011 and was promoted to the Volvo Service Manager position in October 2011.
Frank has been in the automobile field since 2007, first as a technician, then in advisory and management positions. Frank enjoys fishing for relaxation, and golf. Frank is a Watertown native, and lives with his coon dog, Ruby.
Drew Tararian has been with the Volvo brand for 16 years and serves as Chase Parkway's Assistant Volvo Parts Manager. Drew's specialty is parts wholesaling and enjoys the interaction and hands on experience with our customers.
In his spare time, Drew likes all outdoor activities, but his real passions are fishing, the New York Yankees, and the Giants. Drew is a team player, who always puts Chase Parkway and it's customer's first.
Drew and his wife Nicole were married in 2011 during Hurricane Irene, but says that it proves that they can survive anything. Drew and Nicole live in Seymour with their daughter Mikayla, and are expecting a baby in the fall.
Kevin has been working at Chase Parkway since he was born. In 1970 he stopped mowing lawns, started high school and employment at Chase Parkway. He has been a car washer, parts counter person, parts manager, technician, service manager, sales person, sales manager, IT specialist, General Contractor, worked in the general office and is currently the Volvo Sales Manager. Kevin and his wife Carolyn, are Waterbury natives, and attended local schools.
When he is not at Chase Parkway, Kevin enjoys auto racing with local clubs and traveling. Kevin has served as an officer and director with the Connecticut Autocross and Rally Team, and is a corporator for the Thomaston Savings Bank.

Philip Cross grew up in the Watertown and Woodbury area in the 70's. He is married to his high school sweetheart Rebecca Root and between them they have five children, with two of them currently at home. Phil studied Business at Temple University and is a seven year Navy Veteran. Phil enjoys fishing, boating and spending time at the family summer home at Martha's Vineyard. He and Rebecca spend time traveling the state and going to various shows. They are involved in a number of Special Citizens events with their son, Michael. Phil and Rebecca are currently building their dream house in Bethlehem. Phil invites all his friends and neighbors to stop by and see the new Volvos.
Damian joins the Chase Parkway family with over 20 years automotive sales and management experience. While he has spent a few years with other dealers, Chase Parkway is where he finds himself the most comfortable because of his belief in the product. Damian has over 10 years experience with Subaru, and currently owns a pair of Subarus. Damian is our technology expert, and loves the level playing field the Internet has brought to the car business. His goal is to make your Chase Parkway experience as transparent and pleasurable as possible.
